In the case of beginners, we assign groups according to age. In the case of advanced skiers, the participants ride in our practice terrain beforehand and are divided into respective groups according to age and skill level.

When and where are the groups assigned?

For group assignment, you should appear at the respective meeting point in good time before the course and ready to start to make sure we can begin the course on time. Kids in the green learning level meet in the practice terrain in front of the circus tent next to the green flag. Kids in the blue, red and black learning levels meet at the practice rope lift in the ski school terrain. Adults and snowboarders meet near the “Adults meeting point” and “Snowboard meeting point” signs.

Can I change groups during the course?

Our goal is to challenge our participants but not overstrain them. This is why we attach great importance to proper and precise assignment to the different groups. If a participant nevertheless feels overstrained or underchallenged, he or she may of course change groups after consultation with ski school management.

I would like to be in the same group with my friend. Is that possible?

We try to fulfil all the wishes of our customers. Please let the group assignment coordinator know of your request and ride together one after the other during the assessment. If there should be any differences in age or skill level, the older participant would need to go to a younger group or the person with the better skills to a weaker group.

Kids 3 years of age and up can participate in ski courses. We offer a trial day for kids who are 3 and 4 years old. This means that you make a booking for one day and at the end of the day you can pay the difference for the requested number of course days. That way, you do not incur any additional costs and your child gets the opportunity to try out the ski course.

For kids 2 to 3 years old, we offer a Bambini course daily from 12.00 to 13.00. The equipment is included in the price in this case and a maximum of 2 to 3 children are assigned to a ski instructor. The focus here is not to learn how to brake perfectly using the snowplough or how to make a turn, but rather show your kids some joy and fun in the snow.

As far as snowboards are concerned, your children can participate if they are 8 years or older. For cool kids ages 6 and 7, private instructors are available who adapt to their special needs.

I would like to extend the course. Is that possible?

Courses can be extended with a sufficient number of participants. If you make a booking for at least 3 days, you will receive each additional day at a reduced price.
